CF what do she feel like?
What SHOULD the proper use of CF feel like? How do you harness it and how do you overpower it?

Above all else - it should feel like smoooooooth motion.
and if you've gotten in touch with your pressure points in your hands, it will also feel very 'heavy'.
Imagine you're swinging a feather, and do your best to make it 'feel' like a sledge hammer, while staying smooooooth.

The constant pull.
You pretend it doesn't exist and keep rotating or spining and let the "LAW" take over, which can be the simplest way.
You may mess around with the "LAW" to get something out of it, which could be the hard way.

YOU load and sustain the "LAG", during which the " LAW" releases it, ideally beyond impact.
"Sustain ( Yang/陽) the lag ( Yin/陰)" is "the unification of Ying and Yang" ( 陰陽合一).
The " LAW" creates the " effect", which is the "motion" or "feel", with the " cause", which is the "intent" or "command".
" Lag" is the secret of golf, passion is the secret of life.
Think as a golfer, execute like a robot.
Rotate, twist, spin, turn.
Bend the shaft.

"Let" It All Hang Out
BTS hit the key word "Let". Over-Power it by causing something to happen, instead of letting it happen.

How do you teach somebody "let" that don't "let." Sounds like my college dating . . . . never could teach let there.

Eyes closed, heavy club, feet together. Back and through, back and through.
You HAVE to 'let' or you'll fall over.
I love the Toski/Love image of the kid on a swingset. Imagine your hands are the kid.

It should feel like the converse of what is really happening.
Rather than looking for an outward (Cf) pulling force, focus on what is really happening, your inward (Cp) pull on the handle of the golf club, which is moving in a circular (broadly speaking) motion.
You cannot overpower Cf as it is, and will always remain, an EQUAL and OPPOSITE reaction to the Centripetal force that you are exerting on the golf club.

I like the smell of this . . . could you please expand your thoughts . . . fog is lifting!
More please kind sir!
Note: I had a thought on this that may be applicable to your incisive comments . . . Bucket has been working on his Swangin'. He has been hammer with a golf club left hand only in a vertical plane. The he hammers on an Inclined Plane. One thing that Bucket has noticed particularly on the vertical hammering is if the left hand moves down the vertical plane strongly . . . the club/hamer WHIPS out. Now to get that same dealie on the Inclined Plane . . .
Watchu thankin' stankin'?

So the question is ...
How does one increase the centripetal force? in a swing? to increase club head speed?
