It should
feel like the converse of what is really happening.
Rather than looking for an outward (Cf) pulling force, focus on what is
really happening, your inward (Cp) pull on the handle of the golf club, which is moving in a circular (broadly speaking) motion.
You cannot overpower Cf as it is, and will always remain, an EQUAL and OPPOSITE
reaction to the Centripetal force that you are exerting on the golf club.
