What SHOULD the proper use of CF feel like? How do you harness it and how do you overpower it?
It should feel like the converse of what is really happening.
Rather than looking for an outward (Cf) pulling force, focus on what is really happening, your inward (Cp) pull on the handle of the golf club, which is moving in a circular (broadly speaking) motion.
You cannot overpower Cf as it is, and will always remain, an EQUAL and OPPOSITE reaction to the Centripetal force that you are exerting on the golf club.

I like the smell of this . . . could you please expand your thoughts . . . fog is lifting!
More please kind sir!
Note: I had a thought on this that may be applicable to your incisive comments . . . Bucket has been working on his Swangin'. He has been hammer with a golf club left hand only in a vertical plane. The he hammers on an Inclined Plane. One thing that Bucket has noticed particularly on the vertical hammering is if the left hand moves down the vertical plane strongly . . . the club/hamer WHIPS out. Now to get that same dealie on the Inclined Plane . . .
Watchu thankin' stankin'?

"Sustain (Yang/陽) the lag (Yin/陰)" is "the unification of Ying and Yang" (陰陽合一).
The "LAW" creates the "effect", which is the "motion" or "feel", with the "cause", which is the "intent" or "command".
"Lag" is the secret of golf, passion is the secret of life.
Think as a golfer, execute like a robot.
Rotate, twist, spin, turn. Bend the shaft.
Not too sure about the hips; which move on a different plane to the inclined plane that the club is on. IMHO the hips do nothing other than allow the shoulders full range of movement on the back swing and clear the way for them to enjoy the same privilege on the down swing and follow through.
Now, the shoulders are another matter. The gyroscopic, down plane, thrust of the right shoulder really gets things under way.
Initially. the left arm is largely inert but increases in influence as the motion progresses and the down plane right shoulder drive switches to a left shoulder/left arm pull up plane against a braced left side.
This movement is augmented by a straightening right arm, release of accumulator #1, driving pp1 and pp3 down to low point (bit of Mr Tomasello here Dave?), the uncocking of the left wrist, release of accumulator #2, and the release of #3 accumulator as they lead to accumulator #4 being blasted off the chest.
Placing undue emphasis on power from the hips tends to destroy the rest of the swing - ask Tiger.
