Forward Lean

I've heard different opinions whether there should be a forward leaning shaft at IMPACT in PUTTING. Some say VERTICAL, some say FORWARD LEAN.

Also... Mr. Kelley mentions a "Reverse Loft" putter in 6-B-3-O...has anyone tried this?
