Rather than looking for an outward (Cf) pulling force, focus on what is really happening, your inward (Cp) pull on the handle of the golf club, which is moving in a circular (broadly speaking) motion.
You cannot overpower Cf as it is, and will always remain, an EQUAL and OPPOSITE reaction to the Centripetal force that you are exerting on the golf club.

I like the smell of this . . . could you please expand your thoughts . . . fog is lifting!
More please kind sir!
Note: I had a thought on this that may be applicable to your incisive comments . . . Bucket has been working on his Swangin'. He has been hammer with a golf club left hand only in a vertical plane. The he hammers on an Inclined Plane. One thing that Bucket has noticed particularly on the vertical hammering is if the left hand moves down the vertical plane strongly . . . the club/hamer WHIPS out. Now to get that same dealie on the Inclined Plane . . .
Watchu thankin' stankin'?
