The Geometry of impact between fades and draws is different no matter which side of the ball you stand on when you swing.
Likewise, the Physics of the two patterns produce different results. Draws tend to be slightly lower trajectory and run out further on landing than fades.

Due to the differing lines of compression, the efficiency of impact is different. To carry the same distance/trajectory a right hander would have to put more force into the fade than the draw to make up for the different impact physics.

We both know that there is an infinite variety of ways in which to defy the logical in golf - I am still inventing a lot of them.
So, you say "maybe...." and I qualified my remarks with "tend to be". I think we might have consensus.

YES.
1) I thought you were very clear on your starting post that you were comparing a right handed fade to a left handed draw - both producing the exact same shot i.e. trajectory and distance etc.
2) You've answered the question yourself- given the exact same ball flight- then impact conditions were exactly the same - in relation to the ball. If you look at some other context such as the impact point in relation to the player, or the leading edge in relation to the clubhead path, or what the player would need to do to create that shot- well then those issues are not the same.
