A good feel or visual is to "catch rain drops" with your left palm somewhere between the follow through and the finish. This will aid in your effort to roll the left hand instead of bending it.
It's OK to be blunt powerdraw
I'm sure at some time or another, we are all guilty of only being able to write something quick and short because we are supposed to be at work, working and get distracted reading LBG!
