Zero Restriction gear is at the top of my list, although the new Sun Mountain RainFlex pullover I just got is pretty darn nice---waterproof and stretchy! Might be what you're looking for. I always wear a short-sleeved top, use a floppy bucket hat and 2 Footjoy rain gloves (be sure to wet them for best grip.)
