You have some great wet weather gear over there in the likes of Sunderland.

Zero Restriction gear is at the top of my list, although the new Sun Mountain RainFlex pullover I just got is pretty darn nice---waterproof and stretchy! Might be what you're looking for.

I always wear a short-sleeved top, use a floppy bucket hat and 2 Footjoy rain gloves (be sure to wet them for best grip.)
