I highly recommend these Exercises (indeed, I recommend the entire series). Follow the written instructions exactly. Also, imitate precisely the illustrated Body and Arms alignments, especially the On Plane Right Forearm. Execute the Pivot as directed in Exercise #4 (Post #1).
